Password question

I am working with a theater right now using soundweb. The company that installed and tuned the system originally would not give the theater the admin password until after the warrenty expired. Now that the warrenty is over, the theater had been trying to contact this company for several months and no one is picking up the phone or calling them back.

Is there a way to get rid of or reset this password? They really don't want to have to re-design the whole set up, they just want to make a few tweaks.

Thanks for any advice!

This question would have a better chance of being answered if it was in the Soundweb forum.

Do you have a design file with a password on it, or do you not have the design file at all?

There is no way to remove or reset a Soundweb password unless you have the password. Find out if the original installation company is still in business. If they are, call a lawyer. If they're no longer in business, you're out of luck unless you can find a former employee who knew the password.
