BLU10 volume control

Is there a way to change the sensitivity of the knob, or the incremental steps of the fader it controls in the design so that the knob is more responsive? One of our clients is getting upset with the control as it takes too many \"spins\" of the knob to affect the level. (His opinion - not necessarily mine) Our only other option at this point is to wire up a pot to the GPIO ports and make it more like an analog pot. Thanks, Ron

cheap and sleezy answer. Put anothe gain control in series with the gain control which is controlled by the knob on the blu-10. Set it to something above 0 ( ie: 3 dB ). Since the blu-80 uses floating point, the gain structure \"should\" be unimportant, as you won't loose bits if you stage a +10, then -30 then +20 dB gain control in series.

Wouldn't work. Turn the knob fully counter-clockwise and it will still take multiple turns to get it back to max volume. Turn it to any position and it'll show a nonsensical volume reading that doesn't relate to the actuall output volume.
