Macro efficenncy

Just noticed something interesting. If you take a design from LA and copy it in to the macro editor, and only use the control panels that are really needed, when calling the macro up in LA it will use less DSP than if you run the original design in LA.

I guess it has something to do with the overhead of supporting the control panels, as the only ones you get with the macro are the ones you use.

I'd love to see an example file. I'm pretty sure that you're missing the overhead which is inherent in the devices. A macro requires exactly the same % of DSP as the components which were used to create the macro and control panels never have anything to do with DSP usage.
