Crown CTS 4200 and 8200 with C USP3/CN

Hi all,

is it possible to configure my Crown CTS 4200 and 8200 with C USP3/CN directly from Soundweb London? Or I have to use System Architect?

Thanks a lot,

Marek Barabas,

Sorry, the multichannel amps are not configurable from London Architect. You will have to use System Architect.

  • No Crown products are configurable from within London Architect (and never will be). They are controllable from London Architect, but you have to do the setup with System Architect or IQwic.

  • Thanks you for your reply, this is pitty and bad thing is that system architect and london architect can´t work together, respectlyvely, they can but one of them will not see conected devices....

ADMIN EDIT: This problem was eliminated by the release of London Architect V2. LAv2 is able to share port 1023 with System Architect.
  • That's because both applications try to reserve port 1023. MSWindows doesn't know how to associate one application with one NIC so using two NICs won't help. If you want to use both at once, run VirtualPC with with one of the apps on the virtual machine. One app will use the MAC address of your PC, the other app will use the MAC address of virtual PC, and everything will work fine
