Copying custom control panels to new design files

OK, so this is probably pretty basic, but after a couple of years of creating cool custom control panels, I can't figure out how to copy them to new design files. Once copied I know how to re-link, but I just don't want to re-draw all the panels…

    Never mind. Figured out how to make a collection and use it from Gallery. Now, how do I delete all the bogus collections I created...

    You have to close the design file before you can delete anything from the Gallery.
