HELP! Network Sync dropouts - Network Monitor Utilities?

Hello All,
Been Brought in to work on a system i installed almost ten years ago.
3x 9088
1x 9088iis
2x 9010
From what i have been told the past three months the network has been losing sync (and of course audio). One 9010 has been replaced and the other sent for refurb. The system is completely intermittent, it will be fine for a week and then lose sync for ten seconds every couple hours over three days. I do have a spare 9088 that i can swap out but i do not know where to start, obviously i can't sit there for weeks waiting for failure.
Are there any network utilities that will monitor the sync health?
Are there any network history logs for individual devices?
thanks,
tim

This is the only logging that I am aware of, it has helped me catch clipping problems during live shows, there are a few network events that are logged, hopefully this will help.
forgot about that one.
way too many dsp units out there for me to remember all the tricks.
i give it a shot, hopefully i can catch the culprit.

We have had a network recently with issues with network sync, a PSU rebuild and confirming the network sockets had no dry joints resolved the issues.
Cheers
