Soundwebs Losing Sync, Randomly....

Hi All,
Been working with Soundweb for a while now, but come across a problem I haven't seen before.
In the Venue, we have 1 9000iis, 3 x 9088iis DSP, 2 x 9008 DSP, 4 x 9010.
Problem is, the system will just be working normally, and then everything will mute. I say Mute cause it's that clean a cut off on the audio. Then after 10 seconds or so, it will come back up again. Looking at Sync lights, it would seem that the Sync is dropping, and then restoring and all is well (till next time). Sometimes, when it cuts, there is a nasty crack, like a Cat5 has been pulled, but none have!
Interestingly, if I disconnect the Cat5 to the Dancefloor source 9088, then the problem seems to go away.
Eventlogs have been useless so far, and I have checked all the network cabling I can get to (not 9010 in walls etc).
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!
Jay

I had a unit that lost sync due to a bad PSU (after 6 years 24/7)
BSS do a PSU replacement kit for the units (fans caps, etc)
As part of the PSU rebuild, it is good practice to confirm the solder joins on the network ports are still good (give them a bit of a resolder).
Apart from that, i take it all the field cabling has been tested, etc......
(Edit: it would be worth checking all the PSU in the network, as it could be one of the 9010 units that is causing a re-sync....not knowing your network topology you should be able to turn on the network event log of the 9000 to see if that is able to tell you which sync is lost first )
