Hard reset for 3088?

Hi all, I have a 3088 that I inherited in a venue, the installation set up was poor at the time it went in so I had the install company send me the original design file over. I have used this to connect to the 3088 and change the settings (well to be honest I rebuilt the file as the original was a bit shocking). Recently the 3088 stopped responding. The lights are on the signal indicators are working, but there is no sound output. So out comes the trusty Laptop (the one I used to connect to it before), but the unit will not connect?
Is there a way to preform a hard reset (Factory Reset)? I'm not worried about the file in it as the venue has had a major overhaul and the new file is already built and ready. Any help would be apreciated.

Thanks Again.

If connecting on the back port you need to be set at 115,200 baud.
If connecting on the front port you need to be at 33,800.
If you have set the unit up for third party control, you need to connect with Soundweb Designer via the front port.
Soundweb doesn't just stop comming though, and if it does, i would say the issue is in the PSU (as above)
If you really want to try a hard reset, PM me and i will tell you how but i think you would be wasting your time....
Cheers

The units can be placed in is a 'bootloader' mode. This then allows a user to use the bootloader software to reload the units firmware, effectively resetting the unit to factory default.
Bootloader mode is indicated by the yellow LEDs flashing in sequence on the front of the units.
Thanks Dan......

I have a BLU-160 on the way but i live 5000km from U.S. i need 3 weeks to get it.
So meanwhile the BLU-160 arrives, how can i reset the 3088LITE.?? or what can i do ?? Please Help !!! .
Thank You
JORGE
1) To put the device into boot mode:
- unplug the device from mains power
- remove the lid of the device
- locate a pair of pins near the center of the motherboard labelled \"debug\" and short them together. You can do this with a small wire, a coin, or a pair of pliers.
- apply mains power to the device
- remove the object which is shorting the debug pins
This should cause the lights on the front of the device to flash back and forth from left to right.
2) Reload the firmware using backuploader.exe. If you don't know how to use backuploader.exe, launch the Soundweb Designer help file and use the \"Index\" button to search for backuploader.exe.
3) If the firmware reload is successful, reload the design file.
If the firmware reload is not successful, package the device for shipment or delivery to a repair location. You should be able to have the device repaired by the distributor. Contact information is available here: http://www.bssaudio.com/distributors.php?country_id=20
