Crestron and parameter presets

Crestron seems to be able to see the first parameter preset group created but not any additional groups. Do param preset groups have an address that would allow presets to be recalled from any group? I'm not a crestron programmer. Our programmer has been using the blocks available from crestron.

    For third party control systems, you do not need to worry about parameter preset groups at all.
    If you look through the design tree and open the presets then parameter presets folders, you'll see that every parameter preset state has an individual ID number. It's these ID numbers that your programmer needs to use.

    The SDK does go through this in quite a lot of detail.
