varicurve FCS-920 on stand alone?

dear all,

i'm interested in buying the following set of varicurve tools:

1x Equaliser, BSS Varicurve FCS-926 dual equaliser analyser (master)
5x Equaliser, BSS Varicurve FCS-920 dual equaliser analyser (slave)
1x Remote, BSS Varicurve FPC-900 equaliser analyser controller (remote)
1x Remote, BSS Varicurve FPC-900i equaliser analyser controller(interface)

the set was used as a monitor set.

my question is if its possible to let the FCS-920's run stand alone in single monitor amp racks after i programmed them?

and is it possible to edit them directly with the FPC 900 if needed?

i'm familiar with the FCS-926 but the 920 and the 900i are totally new for me so i'm not sure if i can split up this set.

*update:
I bought the set today and found out that the remote can only communicate via the 900i interface.
