v3.02 R2 wont detect BLU-80

We are having an interesting issue with the v3.02 R2 of the software. When we do a refresh network view v3.02 does not find anything. We have 3.00 R7 installed on anther laptop, if we plug this system into the router it finds the BLU-80. Is there some new configuration step that we are missing with 3.02?

    I use the latest software and it acts nornal in that regard.
    Few possible solutions to look at:

    firewall settings,
    no or wrong network adapter selected in LA preferences,
    IP address out of range,
    dead port on the router/switch, or assigned to a VLAN,
    bad network cable.

    I've had a couple of issues with 3.02R2.

    Among other things, which may be relevant in this case, when attempting to open a file and go online at the same time (\"Go Online when file opened\" option is checked in file preferences) it reports \"No matched devices\" about 97% of the time (note this is a guess, not a measurement, last Wednesday and Thursday I spent most of the day trying to figure out why I couldn't save my file to the device network, so I was doing a lot of opening the design file; I think once out of 30-40 loads, it went in without the error once). in fairness, after waiting a few seconds, I could hit the online button in the status bar, and it goes online at that point. However, that is definitely a change since 3.00.R7, which I don't recall having EVER complained about \"no matched devices\"

    FWIW, John and Will in tech support are great to work with, and were able to help me out a great deal, transforming what was about to become a literal show-stopper into something that is merely inconvenient (yes, it could be better, but as long a a solution is forthcoming, I'm OK with the workaround)

    I have the same problem with a wireless tablet at a job.
    The network window sees all units, but automatically going on line is impossible exactly for that same reason: No Matched Devices.

    There is a bug with auto logon on 3.02 R2 not refreshing the network. They have a fix for this which should be in the next release.

    This problem has been resolved with the release of London Architect v3.02r3.
