BLU120 IP ADDRESS

in London Architect with Soundweb London
Hi,
I am facing a problem with assigning ip address for 2 processors in the network.it happens for a Blu120 and Blu800. all together i got 7 controllers, the rest are working fine. I used the ip address tool from the London Architect, i am not able to assign the IP address to the controllers.

Does anyone have an idea why??

    You shouldn't be using the IP tool. Just open London Architect and look in the Network window (or tab) at the bottom of the screen. Click on the device you want to change, click the Device Settings button (it looks like two gears), and enter the correct IP information.
