Guys,
It would be nice (and somewhat advisable) for your domain/website administrator to redirect http://bssaudio.com to http://www.bssaudio.com. It's just a dead end without the www.

Not that my vote counts, but I would disagree with your suggestion. The local host's name is www . The domain name is bssaudio. The top level domain is com. That means the URL is www.bssaudio.com not bssaudio.com.

As a web programmer myself, I am aware of the www and it's origins. These days, MOST sites I visit redirect or mask the www, so that it is optional. Unless there is something else on port 80 for a domain, I try to provide that outlet so customers don't think the site is down or have to correct anything. It's always easier to tell someone \"Go to bssaudio.com\" instead of \"www.bssaudio.com\" and assume they will put it in. I'm not suggesting the website be available at bssaudio.com, just that the port 80 redirect is made.
As far as consistency goes across the Harman Group, JBL, Soundcraft, AKG, Lexicon, and others all redirect to the www when it is missing.
Many sites I frequent are redirecting www.******.com to REMOVE the www for simpler URLs. One example of this is ****.com.

yeah... one of the many things they're doing wrong while we're doing it right. We don't love them any less for it.

Probably best if that redirects to homepage as well.
