Mute bug?

Hi, what happen to me in BLU100:
I have connected 5 mic's and one of them stopped works. So I find that was MUTE in mixer, but nobody MUTED it! When I connected computer to the system the Mute button for this mic was in unmute state. When I pressed mute ON and then mute OFF, the mic works again.

There is no possibility to control this MUTE button, customer has restrictions to function through BLU8 panel.

This is really incomprehensible for me. Any help why it happen?

    The most common cause of something like this is a preset, a logic link, or an external control system such as AMX or Crestron. Another possibility would be that when you went online you did a sync TO the device rather than a sync FROM the device or you did a reload of the design file. Either of those could also turn on the mute.
