Status LED

Hi,

I would like to make a status for settings gain control:
If I set the gain to 0dB I want to turn one LED on.
If I set the gain to -6dB I want to turn another LED on (of course the LED on 0dB value goes off)

So the customer know, how is set the main volume control on specific value.

I tried to do this using preset, but it didn't work.

Could you help me please how do make it?

Grab an LED from the gallery and drop it onto the custom control panel. Drag the gain control over from its default control panel and drop it onto the LED. Right-click on the LED and hit Properties. Make sure that \"Override On Value\" is set to Yes. Change the \"On Value\" field to whatever value you want to turn on the LED.

    Well, one question.
How can I set this LED in custom control panel like a logic source?

OK, I try to explain again.

The user have now status of settings main volume control on the custom control panel in London Architect software. But I want make also this LED visible in 19\" rack on custom panel (1U blank panel with two LED connected to logic ports outputs), so I need to assign these status as a logic source and then I can connect LED in 19\" panel to logic port (logic end).

I hope this is more understandable like my previous post.

    Thanx

  • In the logic domain, add 2 Logic Comparators, and wire each of them to a Logic End.

Associate the gain control to both Comparators.

Setup one of the Comparators so it turns on when the gain control is 0dB, and set the other to turn on when the gain control is -6dB.

Now you have one Logic End that turns on when the gain is 0dB, and another Logic End that turns on when the gain is -6dB. Associate each Logic End to the respective logic port on the Soundweb London.
