Hi,
We have installed several systems using a Blu 102 and Revolab microphones. As a best practice measure, we instruct the users to place their mics and make sure they are synced with the base and blinking green, unmute state, before dialing a call. If the mics are turned on after the call is connected, echo is heard for about 10-15 seconds until the system adapts, and then everything sounds perfect. Regular wired microphones don't seem to be a problem, just the revos. I am wondering if anyone else has seen this before, and if so, are there any steps to take to improve things when a user might do this?
Thank you
