Serial strings for recalling presets

I got tired of having to constantly recalculate the serial strings for triggering preset recalls. Since they're always the same (because they don't use the HiQnet Node Address), it makes sense to just keep the list. If you need additional presets that aren't on these lists, you'll need to fire up your Windows calculator and calculate the checksums.
