EBU-R128 meter/dynamics processor?

Another feature request:
There is a new loudness measurement standard called EBU-R128. It comes very close to perceived loudness and works very well when normalizing audio files off-line for playback later.
It would be great if BSS wrote a processing block that can display this information and maybe even ride the gain to be in a (EBU-R128) defined loudness window. The gain riding could be slow- on order of 5 seconds or so as not to mess with natural dynamics of a performance.
This is for mixed use venues like hotels/restaurants where you have a mix of prerecorded playback and live DJ performance.
