LA unable to detect the BLU-800

in London Architect with Soundweb London
I have setup the BLU-320, BLU-120, BLU-10, BLU-8 and BLU-800. But it unable to detect the BLU-800. I have shut down the firewall, it only detects the 1st 4 units. I refresh numerous time, it still remain un detectable. Please advise. Thank you
