Custom Buttons

I thought there was a way to create a few png files in photoshop and then create a button.. am i missing something?

    Add the graphics to the Gallery.
    Add a Graphic Button onto your Custom Control Panel.
    Drag your graphics from the Gallery view onto your Graphic Button.

    How do i add to the gallery?

    I got it.. i did not remember that it would ask me what state the image represents..awesome!
