Reverse engineer London to match crestron serial commands?

As the end user of a new installation, I am knee deep into modifying my soundweb architecture to meet my venues needs. Unfortunately, I've accidentally deleted a processing object that had been controlled from crestron (which I know nothing about programming). Is it possible to figure out what the crestron command is and re-insert a new object that matches the code/address...? Maybe some way to monitor incoming serial commands within London?

Thanks, it would save me from some lame conversations about service calls and warranty coverage.
