Conversion did not work for BLU-800

Hello everyone, i had to replace my BLU-80 to a BLU-800. Once the system was installed, i ran the \"London Conversion\" under the Tools menu. For some reason the conversion did not keep my output setting. I have upgraded the London Architect software to version 5.00 R4. I still have the same problem. Does anyone have any advise to what else i can try. I really do not want to do everything from scratch. Thank you.
