Multiple designs on a single network

this may be a super simple question I have a building which has 4 zones where we have london processors. each zone was programes individually with its own design file. so we have 4 design files. now the upper managment wants all the zones to be on a building wide control network so they can view and change things as needed. we tried this today moving all teh londonds to different ip addresses and all could be reached on the network but upon recalling a specific zone the design file would not work due to an unmatched device error.the client clicked the magic auto config wand and poof the desired zone was created, but the other 3 zones programs were deleted.

Is there a way to keep the design files isolated so that this doesnt happen again but each zone can be recalled and tweaked, while keeping all the londons for all the zones unchanged and working on the same control network?

zone 2-file 2
bss 800
bss 160
bss 10

zone 3-file 3
bss 800
bss 160
bss 160

zone 4-file 4
bss 800
bss 10
