Is it possible to extract info from Blu-80

Is it possible to extract data/settings FROM a Blu-80 & Blu-10 into the London Architect software or is it only possible to send data/settings TO the Blu-80 & Blu-10?

The computer that designed our system is no longer available and all we have are the hardware modules themselves. I'm hoping there is a way to retrieve the information contained within them.

  • The London Architect design file (.architect) that once existed on your computer contains every aspect of the design including device Configurations, custom control panels, file preferences, etc.
Once a compiled Configuration has been loaded into a device it cannot be extracted nor decompiled.

The London Architect design file (.architect) can be saved into the memory of BLU devices using the \"Save to Device Network\" feature in the File menu. Design files which have been saved can be opened using \"Open from Devices Network\" feature.

If a design file has been saved to your BLU-80 and BLU-10 then should be able to open it. Please note that there absolutely no guarantee that the design file saved in the device is the one which was used to go online to the devices. The only way you can tell is by opening the file and going online. If London Architect presents you with the \"Needs Loading\" dialogue box then the Configuration in the device is different from the one in the design file. If London Architect presents you with the \"Parameter Synchronisation\" dialogue box then the Configuration in the device is the same as the one in the design file you have opened.
  • Thank you. Although it did not give me the answer I was hoping for, your reply did specifically answer my question and now gives me direction to find a solution. I look forward to getting past this hurdle and customizing our hardware so it can be used in the proper way.
