BLU 160 Is not Seen on Network

I've gone through all the proper motions and set up a BLU 160 correctly. Everything was working great for a few days. All of sudden though, the device is no longer seen on the network or remotely accessed with a laptop. No amount of troubleshooting seems to yield any results. Does anyone have any solutions as to what could be an issue? Is there a way to store factory defaults on the device and start over?
