Device boxes do not display properly

Hello,
I have 3 laptops all with Soundweb 1.50 build 68. 2 out of the 3 display the device boxes properly. The 3rd, somehow has the boxes condensed so you cannot read what is in them. Any thoughts? I have tried changing resolution and font size. This hasn't fixed the problem. This is the Tech's personal laptop that doesn't display correctly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Fixed.
    right click on desktop, properties, settings, advanced.
    DPI setting must be set to normal. anything larger will cause the drop down boxes in Sound Web to be compressed.

    When applying power to the unit, the power LED illuminates, the fan runs, and the signal LEDs illuminate briefly and then extinguish, as is normal. However, none of the LEDs on the main board are lit, which suggests that the logic circuitry is not functioning.

    Could be SRAM IC26 and IC79 that both need to be changed.
