is there any option to run the London on Linux ?
or some option to make a client for a custom panel ?

    There is no Linux version of London Architect.
    For a custom interface you can use the 3rd party control protocol which you can find in the installation directory of London Architect. (London DI Kit.pdf)
    You can send control and feedback messages through RS-232 or Ethernet port 1023.
