Failed to Connect to \"Blu-16\"

Greetings pop pickers... London Newbie here (Green old hand!)
Maybe I'm being daft and overlooking the bleedin' obvious BUT when I go online to my Blu-16 / Blu-10 / Blu-8 system (Newly acquired, second hand!),
London Architect connects to the 8 and the 10 and appropriately updates firmware but NOT the 16...
I HAVE used the Bootloader to successfully update the 16's firmware.
I HAVE disabled all firewalls
I AM on the right IP address / Subnet etc
Running Win7 64bit on a nice clean Dell.
Hoping for some help here!
