Access Control password issues

Hi Guys,
I recently installed a blu100 and motion control for iPad using audio architect.
The system works fine however upon returning to the venue to make some adjustments ( fourth time since deployment ) I was prompted for a password for the file.
This happens when trying to open the file locally or opening from the device network.
At no stage did I setup access control and I have no idea how this was activated or what the password may be.......................
Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.
