Blu-800 with Itach IP2IR adapter

Hello all!
Im having some trouble getting my Itach unit and my BSS London Blu800 to talk to each other. I'm wondering if you guys have any insights and can help me out.

My setup is as follows:
I have a Netgear JGS524 unmanaged switch, to which all devices are connected via Cat5e/6. I have an ITach IP2IR, and a London Blu800 which are having trouble communicating. Both devices are in the same subnet and IP range.
When I use The Ihelp program from the Global Cache website I can see the Itach device and communicate with it via ITest, and it seems to be working properly. However when I try to get the london unit to communicate it does not seem to recognize the Itach. The London communicates properly with every other device on the network aside from this one.

In the BSS forums, others have had good luck interfacing the devices, I'm wondering if there's something I'm doing wrong.

Any insights or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

  • This can be done, What you have to do is break the IP2IR string into multiple messages about 20 characters and send them one at a time. The ethernet string has limitations on string length.
  • how do you fade in & out at the same time ? Confused
