Blu 16 power supply problems

Hi just a newbie on here and am looking for some help,

I have just powered up one of my blu16, it has been fine all morning while I have been changing the program and testing it but I came back a short while ago and it was dead, upon further inspection there are a couple of resistors on the mains side of the IGBT switcher that have burnt out :cry: .

So on with the longshot dose anyone have any :idea: ideas why this should have happened after a couple of hours of running and secondly what the values of R3, R6, R7, R8, R9 & R39 should be and also D1

    Ok new components have been sourced as the igbt fet was shorted and drew too much current through the limiting resistors over heating them, and the cooked the gate bias resistor, along with the PMW chip.

    I have ordered a new PSU anyway so if my fix works then at least I will have a spare :P
