CobraNet Transmit and Receive Error

When I go into Default Control Panel of BLU-800 or BLU-320, I noticed that the CobraNet Transmit and Receive Light will be flashing RED.
Once the Transmit or Receive Light get RED, the Music will be jerking on-site.
Is it cause by my DSP? or it is the network issue?
Actually I don't know what is the mean when the Transmit or Receive Light flashing.
Hopefully someone can help.

How many Cobranet bundles are you sending around, and what type of bundle- Unicast, Multi-Unicast or Multicast?
Also, what type of switch(es) are in the network- 100Mbps or Gigabit? And how many switches are you hopping across?
It would be helpful to see your design.
