Operate mode - the problem

Hi!
This is my first post on this forum.
Ask you for help. I have not found answers on this forum before.
I have a problem with LA in the \"OPERATE\"
I have created a project in the main window, in the \"DESIGN\" I have a bookmark:
Main: 100% / (BLU-100) Defaul Config: 100% / Matrix Router 100% itc.
Everything is standard as in any project.
The problem appears when I turn the OPERATE mode to change the parameters from objects. Appears blank screen, without prior bookmarks.
I do not have tabs so I can not change the parameters of objects.
I would add that, as creatures of the Customs Panel is in the OPERATE mode appears only Castom Panel, and then have a possibility edition only castom panel.
Whether it is an option that can enable or disable the program?
Please help if anyone knows.

The options you are looking for are in: Tools/Application Preferences/Operate
Useful keyboard shortcuts:
SHIFT + F5 Go to Design Mode
CTRL + TAB Switch between Tabs
