input noise issues BSS BLU100

I have just completed an install using the BSS BLU 100. everything was fine but sure enough two hours prior to the venue opening a loud intermittent crackling is coming through the system. Fault testing and removing all inputs from the processor did not solve the problem. With all inputs disconnected, on the software screen i am still registering an intermittent input noise. It must be being generated internally? Has anyone seen this before? Help.....

I would suggest that you contact your local distributor for immediate assistance. The BSS User Groups are NOT a conduit to technical support.
You can find your local distributor from the worldwide distributors list on the BSS website here: http://bssaudio.com/en-US/where_to_buy

Alternatively you can use the Technical Support form on the BSS website here:http://bssaudio.com/en-US/support

Yes, experienced this first hand. A firmware update corrected it. Not sure why, but it did.
