\"load\" greyed out in network window

Hi there, i've got a soundweb here, written a new map/patch for it, its connected to my laptop, when i go online in the network window, it sees my design file, it sees the existing file on the device but doesnt give me the option to upload the new design to the device. the load and load all boxes are greyed out. any ideas?

    I think when you say 'it sees my design file, it sees the existing file on the device' what you are actually seeing in the Network Window is that your pc has located a device on the network, called 'xxxyyy' and a device in your design, called 'aaabbb'.
    The load and load all are greyed out because, either:

    These 2 devices are not called the same name- click on the device in the 'devices on the network' section and rename it to match your design device, or the other way around if you prefer.

    Or

    It is not the same device type- one is a 9088 and the other is a 9088iis

    Or

    they have different card types installed- the design device has a mic card in slot 1-4, and a line card in slot 5-8, the network device has a different set of cards installed.

    in either of these cases, the network window will tell you what is going on, just scroll down to see what it says.
