Hello,
The guys at the sound dept wanted to configure the email notifications as seem here:
http://audioarchitect.harmanpro.com/en-US/audio-architect-LondonArchitect_email_alert_triggering
I'm very familiar doing this for all kind of apps and servers but nothing I did seems to work.
Here is my setup which is pretty straight forward:
smtp server: smtp.gmail.com
Address: hereIgetNotifications.gmail.com
From: HereIsTheEmailIcreatedtoSendNotifications.gmail.com
Subject: Notifications
Under advance:
User name: HereIsTheEmailIcreatedtoSendNotifications.gmail.com
Password: MyEmailPassword
Server port: 465
\"Use SSL\" box is checked
at first when we checked the logs we found that our firewall was blocking the connection so we put the the whole audio network on a router that is not blocking any ports but still not luck.
Can someone share some light on this subject?
Thanks in advance for any input!

The email event log feature just went through a major overhaul. It is far more useful than before. You can designate specific errors email specific users. You can select specific errors not just Low, med & High.
Please download the latest release and review the new features in the readme and help file.
