FDS-360 relay replacement

There a two sets of relays in the FDS360s: single-pole, dual throw for the mutes, and DPDT for the 2/3/4-way switching.
I have a unit with one mute relay dead, and all of them in need of replacement.
Can't find any reference to the original parts, or a suitable (ie same pin-out) for the mute relays.
If anyone knows of suitable current parts (or original full part number, or BOM/parts list) please share!
