SOUNDWEB 9088iis not connecting

Anybody out there help us with this.

We have a Soundweb 9088iis and been familiar with Soundweb we thought it would be all ok. However it doesn't seem to want to connect at all to either of the ports. We have tried all the Comm and Baud rates and still no luck in connecting to this unit, even with the correct cables.

The power light stays on and the fan is turning and we have also tried to debug the device to no avail. The signal lights flash on power up and then nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

    The unit could have developped a hardware fault.
