BSS Omnidrive 366: input VU leds not working

Hello,
I have a perfect working Omnidrive 366 with firmware for 366T ver: 2.06
I notice the led's for incoming signal are not working.
A B and C input the led's stay totally off
in LED TEST mode (mute 1 & 2 and recall button on power up)
all led's light up, but not the input led's.
I tried the white flat cables, removing and putting back together/ no luck.
any ideas ?
is there a place for spare parts, or someone selling a broken unit?
