Blu link clicking noise issue

I have a new soundcraft expression 1 with a new BLU link card option, connected to a new BSS BLU 800, an intermittent clicking noise comes and goes, sometimes the click is so loud it reaches the red led on the fader VU meters, firmwares are updated, BLU Link audio routings are good except for this issue,
cables are all good, when i remove the CAT cables for the Blu link it does not happen.....how do i solve this......

Be sure you have the Si BLU-Link card set to be the clock master- it's a push switch on the card. You might want to check the Si clock settings in its menu too.
The Click you are hearing is a clocking issue.
