Help with configuring EC-88V

Hello, I'm practicing with Audio Architect because my church is considering upgrading our sound system and my proposal contains a BSS Soundweb BLU-50 and EC-88V. I am trying to configure the EV-88V so that way, the left side has the different presets the system can be set to (Normal, Monitor only, monitor off, concert) and the left side control the volume of the sound coming into the device from our mixer and from the choir cd player (input 1 will be the main mix and input 2 will be the choir cd player). I know how to get the presets and stuff put in. I need help configuring it so that way when button 1 on the left side is pressed, the encoder wheel will mute when pressed and change the volume of input 1 when turned and when button 2 is pressed, then it will mute when pressed and change the volume of input 2 when turned. How can this be accomplished?
