How do you control a matrix Router

I have a design with a matrix router, but how can I make a control panel for it??
The matrix has a control panel but lack the \"C\" or custom mode that lets you copy it to your panels. If i make links and link them to buttons I make in a created panel , the buttons can be changed but the state of the matrix router is unchanged...J have been stuck here awhile, what am I missing? :?:

The quickest way is to add an On/Off Button onto the panel first and then customise it. Copy/paste until you have the required number of buttons. Then click and drag the parameters onto the buttons.
