Processor issue turn off 3 or 4 times a day

Hello and first of all thanks for all the answer.
I have a system composed by a BLU 100-12x8 and 3 expansor of 8 channels. Although a VMWare is administrating the system, final users are working with 2 ipads and a wall mount BLU-8v2WHT.
My problem is that now, with 3 years working normally, the ipads and wall controller get stucked, and when I go to the VM Machine, the london architech software is all grey, no working at all, and the only way everything start working again is switching off the blu100 processor and switching on again, but the issue is repeating again almost every day.
I´ve check the network, wifi and seems to be ok.
