Trouble connecting remotely to DSP

I am having an issue connecting to a remote install with AA.
I have the static IP address of the location entered in the Proxies.
I have the local LAN IP addresses of the DSP and the 3 controllers entered into the Static Routes.
I have the IP address of the DSP set to a one to one NAT in the remote Firewall.
When I try and connect remotely, the proxy is successful (via the log and Netsetter), and it sees the DSP, but the DSP does not respond to the welcome message, and then it times out.
Am I doing something wrong? Is the one to one NAT in the firewall not sufficient, do I need to use Port Forwarding rules instead?
Thanks.
