Dante Controller Preset issue

We recently upgraded to the latest version of Dante Controller (Dec 2019) and now presets from Dante Controller will no longer make changes to the Blu-326 unit we use as a Dante / BluLink bridge. I plan on trying a Blu-DA in place of the 326. Is anyone aware of a compatibility issue between new versions of Dante and the BSS line?

    The issue was fixed by reloading the design and then doing a full power down.

    Is there a more responsive forum for BSS products?
