Motion Control on the iPad had exclamation warning icon on all controls, thus we could not move the controls. Later, iOS was updated to 13.x. Now, Motion Control (1.1.4) does not come up. When you try to open, it blanks the screen and then disappears. It is supposed to bring up BLU 100 in the device list to control.
What options do we have to resolve this?

    Have you tried loading the design back to the iPad from AA? I usually get this type of behavior when I have a wifi issue.
