DI Tool Not Loading

This might warrant a call to technical support but I wanted to see if anyone has encountered an issue where the DI Tool won't completely load. It will appear in the taskbar but the actual window will never appear. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both current and earlier versions of London Architect Any thoughts?
