Not able to communicate Via Serial/LAN

Hi, i am using BLU 101 from a long time, this was working fine till March.. but after march i stopped using my devices now i tried to play some music found my system is not working.. i am not able to connect to my devices tried in Serial as well as USB. but not succedded.

Please help me in resetting my device to factory default (by physical prociedure).
