Are parts still available for BSS FDS 388?

Hey guys, also should I decide to get this unit, would all parts for it still be available for purchase anywhere should I ever need it? Also, would this digital unit require a specialized tech or company to fix any possible needed repairs or would any general electronics repair tech be able to do it please? Thx.
