Networking Issues - IOS, UDP

Greetings all,

Having issues at 4 different venues that have Ubiquiti switches setup and maintained by a separate IT company.

Motion control and Audio Architect randomly disconnect from one or more Blu-100 processors. When wired, no problems exist.
When problem starts, a simply closing and re-opening Audio Architect can fix the issue.

I have been through all possible solutions with IT company and am told there is nothing that can be done.
Without having access to config on networking side it is hard to work out where problem lies.

Is the only solution to install better AP and simpler networking hardware?
Would hate the venue staff to have to change SSID to access audio/video controls each time its needed!

Any recommendations for networking? APs?
